MLC's shouldn't get Chief vote says Lord

MLCs should not be allowed to be government ministers or cast a vote during the election of the Chief Minister.

That's according to the man charged with reviewing the functioning of Tynwald - a 400 plus page report, which contains 11 recommendations, will go before the court next week.
